Here are the Terms and Conditions for rental The Beach House Croatia Apartment bookings. You will have been deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions when you book the Beach house Croatia apartment through us and our website
Prices:
Rates are established in days, weeks or months, depending on the length of the stay and the number of guests. These prices may include accommodation plus other facilities like water, gas, electricity, clean sheets and towels during the stay and previous cleaning of the apartment.

Rates for 4 people.Extra person 20 euros per day ,except for children under 5.
Reservations Payment:
• We require a  40% deposit to hold your reservation.
• Payment for the reservation deposit should be made via  Bank Transfer or PayPal account. The rest of the payment is done by Bank Transfer or PayPal account before arrival day.
• Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until The Beach House Croatia has received the pre-payment amount and you have received a confirmation email from The Beach House Croatia
Cancellations and Changes:
• If you cancel a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period. Please, note that the reservation deposit is non-refundable:-
- More than 90 days before: 100% of the balance amount. - 30-89 : 20% of the balance amount. The refund will be calculated on the basis of the rental price.
• The guest will bear the bank charges for the transfer of the refund.
• The Beach House Croatia is not responsible for cancellation due to circumstances beyond ones control which shall include strike, natural calamities, disease, death, war (non exhaustive list), and consequently the client has to make the payment and undertake to cancel the booking following the cancellation policy on our Terms and Conditions.
• Any change of reservation dates should be communicated to The Beach House Croatia as soon as possible by phone or email.
• If the apartment is available for the revised dates, then we will make the corresponding changes at no extra cost.
• Any request of extension of the stay should be sent to The Beach House Croatia as soon as possible. If an apartment is available, the additional charges will be calculated on the basis of one-day rental with an additional night.
Arrivals and Departures:
Our staff will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed upon time, will explain you the functioning of all the equipment, and give you the keys. Please, confirm your arrival time in advance by email.
•Check in time is from 2pm (14:00 hours). If you wish to check in before 14:00, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate you. We can provide storage for luggage if you arrive early.
On arrival, the Guest must give to the manager the travel documents of all occupants to permit him to complete the office procedures. The manager must give the documents back as soon as possible and at least within 5 days.
•Check out time is 10 am (10:00 hours). The Guest must leave Apartment within 10.00 of the day indicated in the Contract and leave the keys to the Manager If you would like to check-out later, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. If there are no other guests arriving the same day, you can stay in the apartment until 15:00 paying an extra charge of half day's rate. For check out after 15:00 you will be charged a full day's rate.
